Andrey Smetannikov

Smetannikov Andrey Valerievich – was born in the city of Kharkiv on November 17, 1962.

Education: Ryazan Higher Airborne Twice Red Banner School named after V.F. Margelov graduated in 1983.

Since 1987 – senior engineer of the NTC (Scientific and Technical Committee) Airborne Forces for the development of heavy airborne equipment. Since 1994, he has been in charge of the development, testing, and practical application of landing equipment for international clients (the United Nations, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the Russian Research Institute of the Arctic and Antarctic) in various regions of the world.

Valery Smetannikov

Deputy Director General

Smetannikov Valery Ilyich – was born in the city of Alma-Ata on June 28, 1937.

Education: Kharkov Radio Engineering Academy named after Marshal L. Govorov graduated in 1967.

Since 1975 – a member of the NTC (Scientific and Technical Committee) Airborne Forces on the development of heavy airborne equipment. Since 1988, he has been in charge of the development, testing, and practical application of landing equipment for international customers (the United Nations, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the Research Institute of the Arctic and Antarctic).

Sergey Boytsov

Deputy Director General

Sergey Viktorovich Boytsov was born in the city of Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod Region, on March 25, 1968.

Education: He graduated from the Gorky Higher Military Construction Command School in 1989.

Since 1995, he has been engaged in testing and practical application of parachute equipment for international clients (UN, Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, RAE Research Institute of the Arctic and Antarctic) in various regions of the world.
