About the Mission
The last quarter of 2017 marked an active period of work for specialists from «Advanced Technologies and Service» within the framework of the WFP (World Food Programme) in the Syrian Arab Republic.
The main objective of the mission was the parachute airdropping of vital cargo to the city of Deir ez-Zor, which was surrounded by militants of terrorist organizations.
Operation Results
Over the course of 4 months of operations, the following results were achieved:
- Total cargo weight: 1,310,400 kg
- Supply composition: food and medical supplies
- Delivery method: in-house manufactured parachute systems
- All cargo was successfully delivered to its recipients.
